Pantera Tubing Punch
The Pantera Tubing Punch or PTP® is an innovative and first in its kind electro-hydraulic tubing punch. Controlled by an electronic section the PTP® is capable to perforate multiples holes in a single descent without damaging the secondary tubular.
The PTP® is a non-explosive tool therefore eliminates the hazard related to explosives and pyrotechnics. Perforates as many holes as 45 in a single run and don’t create debris that falls into the annulus. The same electronic section is used for all the interchangeable heads minimizing the tool cost for a wide variety of target tubing.
Pantera Setting Tool
The Pantera Setting Tool is an electro-hydraulic Setting Tool commonly used for setting bridge plugs, packers, straddles, cements retainers, and other completion accessories.
Thanks to its unique working principle and design, the PST-B-360 does not use hydrostatic pressure, explosives, pyrotechnics, nitrogen, nor external aids, making the PST-B-360 one of the most reliable setting tools in the market.
PST-B-360 is operated with Pantera Powe Supply as surface power source.
Pantera Cement Platform
Pantera Cement Platform or PCP® is a permanent anchoring device with an array of compressed metal leaves feature covering 360° of circumference to support bridging material and subsequent cement slurry to form a cement bridge plug. Due the reduce diameter, the PCP is run thru tubing in rigless operations. Contains a set of two anchoring mechanisms for proper set and keeping the PCP in place with a force of 5000 lbs. avoiding movement upwards and downwards after set.
Pantera Mechanical Bottom Bailer
The Pantera Mechanical Bottom Bailer or PMBB® is a mechanical tool for well intervention with the sole purpose of dumping cement, bridging shots, chemicals, and other materials on top of a solid bottom. Can be conveyed by wireline or slickline as requires no voltage supply.
The PMBB gets activated by tagging a hard surface and displacing a bottom mechanism to immediately expose 4 ports that allows communication between the dump bailers content and the wellbore.
With no breakable parts nor debris from the activation, the tool can be reset on surface for a subsequent run without the need of redressing.
Pantera Electrical Bottom Bailer
The Pantera Electrical Bottom Bailer or PEBB® is a Non-Explosive tool used for dumping cement, bridging support, chemicals, and other materials in the wellbore. Can be use on subsequent runs as does not have to tag hard bottom surface in order to activate.
The PEBB is extremely easy to operate as just need a DC voltage supply to activate the DC motor and slide down an outer sleeve to expose the ports and therefore the content of the bailers connected on top.
Once in surface the PEBB can get reset to operating mode in no time. Uses no oil nor springs.
Pantera Filling Sub
The Pantera Filling Sub or PFS® is an essential device when performing cement dump bailer operations. In essence the PFS allows the operator to fill the bailer string from the bottom most part when bailers sections are in vertical position.
The PFS uses a 2 parts C-clamp to attach the PFS to the outlet of the cement pump.
Due its robust and engaging shape with the PFS there is no risk of cement leaks and misplace of the clamp.
Pantera Cement Mixer Unit
Pantera Cement Mixer Unit or PCMU® is an air driven surface equipment specially designed for mixing cement slurry in preparation for being dump into the wellbore thru a bailing system.
The PCMU has a 4 HP air motor to stand prolonged working periods having a high durability even with the heaviest slurries density.
Built in Stainless Steel material, the PCMU keeps its original shape and integrity despite the adverse factors as PH, salty offshore environment, etc.
Pantera Cement Pump Unit
Pantera Cement Pump Unit or PCPU® is an air driven surface equipment specially designed for pumping cement slurry into cement bailers thru the Pantera Filling Sub.
The PCPU is built in Aluminum with Buna elastomers for high resistance having the fastest filling rate in the market with a nominal pump rate of 51 Gal/min.
The PCPU pumps cement slurries with solids content particles up to 6.4 mm of diameter.
Pantera Variable Diameter Gauge Cutter
Pantera Variable Diameter Gauge Cutter or VDGC® is the first and only in the world variable and adjustable diameter gauge cutter. The VDGC® allows the operator to select any gauge cutter diameter as desired by adjusting a counter nut.
The VDGC can be adjusted to work with 2 different diameters in one descent, by slight jarring down the first diameter chosen at the restriction found the arms will automatically set to the second diameter previously chosen to continue operations. This method allows in one descent to the wellbore to calibrate 2 diameters of tubing without pulling out of the hole.
Pantera Vibrating Tool
The Pantera Vibrating Tool or PVT® is in essence what the name describes.
The purpose of using the PVT® varies in wide range of applications. Strong shocks of vibration are useful when sliding sleeve don’t operate properly, when the tubing needs cleanout, when gravel packs needs compactation, when fishing operations needs extra help, etc.
The PVT® is combinable with paraffin cutter or any other Slickline accessories at the bottom making it very versatile and wider in applications
